Trenz Electronic's TE0729 is a 5.2 cm x 7.6 cm SoC module integrating a Xilinx Zynq-7020 with 3 x Ethernet, 512 MByte DDR3 SDRAM, 32 MByte Flash memory for configuration and operation, and powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. A large number of configurable I/Os are provided via rugged high-speed stacking strips. One of the special features is the sulfur-resistant resistors. The Zynq-7000 SoC used on the TE0729 board integrates the software programmability of an Arm®-based processor with the hardware programmability of an FPGA, enabling key analytics and hardware acceleration while integrating CPU, DSP, ASSP, and mixed-signal functionality on a single device. There is a base board available for this module. The latest documentation, design support files, and reference designs with source files are available for download free of charge. All modules produced by Trenz Electronic are developed and manufactured in Germany.
