74CBTLV3861 10-Bit Bus Switches
Nexperia 74CBTLV3861 10-bit bus switches with one output enable input feature high noise immunity and CMOS low power consumption. Nexperia 74CBTLV3861 bus switches feature 5Ω switch connection between two ports and rail to rail switching on data I/O ports. These 10-bit bus switches have a supply voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V. Nexperia 74CBTLV3861 10-bit bus switches are fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down.
