The RURG3060_F085 is a dual ultrafast diode with soft recovery characteristics (trr<80ns). It has low forwardvoltage drop and is silicon nitride passivated ionimplanted epitaxial planar construction.This device is intended for use as a freewheeling/clamping diode and rectifier in a variety of switching powersupplies and other power switching applications. Its low stored charge and ultrafast recovery with soft recoverycharacteristic minimizes ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, thus reducing power lossin the switching transistors.
Qspeed™ Advanced Diodes
Power Integrations Qspeed™ Advanced Diodes combine an extremely low reverse recovery charge (QRR) with a very soft recovery waveform. Together, these features help designers improve the performance of their power conversion circuits. Three versions are currently available. The H-Series features the lowest switching loss which provides the highest efficiency. The Q-Series has the highest softness that provides the lowest EMI.
