Micro Commercial Components DFLZ Zener Diodes feature 1W power dissipation and high surge capability. MCC DFLZ Zener Diodes have a standard VZ tolerance of ±5% and an operating temperature range of -55 to +150ºC. These 6.2V to 39V MCC devices are ideally suited for automatic assembly.
