These TVS diodes are available with reverse stand-off voltages of 5V, 12V, and 13V. Micro Commercial Components SMA6FxxA-TP 600W Transient Voltage Suppressors feature excellent clamping capability, a glass passivated junction, and a high soldering temperature. They are made with a lead-free finish and are RoHS compliant.
