ADA4500-2 Crossover Distortion Amplifiers
Analog Devices ADA4500-2 zero input crossover distortion amplifiers are designed as 10MHz, 14.5nV/√Hz, low-power amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swings while operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V single power supply. ADA4500-2 is also compatible with industry-standard nominal voltages of +3.0V, +3.3V, +5.0V, and ±2.5V.

Thermal diodes are based on the principle that electric diodes change voltage linearly according to temperature. When a thermal diode's temperature increases, the forward voltage decreases. Designers can determine the junction temperature of a device by passing a current through the diode and measuring the resulting voltage.
