Features include rated peak pulse power of 600W, reverse standoff voltage range of 3.3V to 64V, reverse current of 0.001µA, very low package height (1mm), and AEC-Q101 qualified. Typical applications for these are power supply protection, automotive, industrial, power management, and high temperature.
