Everything corresponds to the parameters, though it looks like

Chips seem to be new (at least clean). Of 5 pieces 3 lost and checked without errors. Yet 2 did not check, but i think that there will be no problems. For firmware of this type m/s had to make an adapter for the programmer dip28-> dip32.
