MADL-011021 Pin-Schottky Diode Limiter
MACOM MADL-011021 Pin-Schottky Diode Limiter is a lead-free, 1.5mm x 1.2mm Thin Dual Flat No Lead (TDFN) packaged device. This diode limiter provides both low and high signal frequency operation from 10MHZ to 6GHz. The MADL-011021 diode limiter provides 3 terminal Low Pass Filter (LPF) broadband shunt structure. The anti-parallel arrangement of the PIN limiter and the Schottky diode eliminate the need for a shunt coil as a DC return. This anti-parallel arrangement also benefits broadband performance. The MADL-011021 diode limiter is suitable for usage in higher frequency and lower flat leakage limiter microwave circuits applications. This diode limiter finds purpose in Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) applications.
