Skyworks SKY16406-381LF Two-Way Power Divider is a 50Ω In-phase Wilkinson-style pHEMT power splitter/combiner. This two-way power divider is optimized to perform in 2.2GHz to 2.8GHz bandwidth. The monolithic circuitry of this device is 100% passive and offers low loss, high isolation, and exceptional phase/amplitude balance. Typical applications are TD-LTE systems, satellite communications, 2.4GHz ISM band, and other similar wireless applications. The SKY16406-381LF is available in an ultra-miniature green 6-pin 1.5mm x 2mm DFN package.
