R1200L Step-Up DC/DC Converter
Ricoh Electronic Devices Company R1200L Step-Up DC/DC Converter is CMOS based control type with the inbuilt low supply current ICs. This DC/DC converter offers 500µA (typical) of supply current and 3µA (maximum) of standby current. R1200L features an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and externally adjustable feedback voltage is 1V. The typical applications are OLED power supply for portable equipment and white LED backlight for portable equipment. The R1200L DC/DC converter is free from lead and halogen and available in a DFN1616-6 package.
