NCS2300 Headset Detection Interface
ON Semiconductor NCS2300 Headset Detection Interface is a compact and cost effective headset detection interface IC that integrates a comparator, OR gate, and N-channel MOSFET. This integration allows for detection of the presence of a stereo headset with a microphone. Pull-up resistors for the detection pins are internalized. A built-in resistor divider provides the reference voltage for detecting the left audio channel. The logic low output of the OR gate indicates the headset has been connected properly. The NCS2300 comes in a space saving UDFN6 package (1.2x1.0mm).Learn More
