Two months to moscow. Checked, the impressions are twofold. In the beginning i checked 2.2uf and they showed esr 0.4 and i "oigel". 1.1 uf showed 0.8, also great. I checked other denominations and on some values esr was 8ohm, and some were generally off scale, but it was 1-2 ohm. In general, it is normal, you can take it.
