Microchip Technology MCP14A0455 4.5A Dual MOSFET Driver offers a peak current up to 4.5A while operating from a single 4.5V to 18V supply. The MCP14A0455 features a dual complimentary output (one inverting and one non-inverting), low shoot through current, fast rise and fall times, and short propagation delays.
