QPA GaAs Low Noise Amplifiers
Qorvo QPA GaAs Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are designed for satellite communications and point-to-point communications. QPA LNAs feature P1dB of 19dBm (QPA2628 / QPA2628D) or 20dBm (QPA2626) and noise figures (NF) of 1.3dB (QPA2626), 1.6dB (QPA2628), or 1.7dB (QPA2628D). Frequency ranges for these QPA LNAs include 17-22GHz (QPA2626), 22-32GHz (QPA2628), and 25-31GHz (QPA2628D). QPA 2626 and QPA2628 come in a 4mm x 4mm QFN package for easy surface mount assembly. QPA2628D is the die form of QPA2628.
