TC3568xFSG Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.0 ICs
Toshiba TC3568xFSG Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) 5.0 ICs are designed for applications that require long-range communication. The TC3568xFSG devices come with an MCU based on Arm® Cortex-M0® processor and integrate both the baseband digital circuits and RF analog circuit. The TC35680FSG device user application mode is downloaded from the built-in Flash memory or host CPU. Whereas TC35681FSG device is downloaded from external EEPROM or a host CPU. This built-in flash memory includes 128KB memory capacity, 4KB selector size, and 100,000 times endurance. These devices support the features of LE long range, LE 2-Mbps, Host Control Interface (HCI), and LE GATT profile.
