Diode bridges work, voltage drop somewhere 3 volts. Packed badly i will not hide, just thrown into the package, i have a little bent contacts, but what you wanted for this money, at the time of purchase 86,86 rubles.

The buyer's protection period passed after 60 days the seller closed and did not extend the period (i did not contact)! Money returned (for this + star) and only after the return wrote me, demanding to return the money after receiving the goods. 90 days passed at the time of writing the review. The goods never came. Ultrafast Rectifiers: STMicroelectronics ultrafast diodes are available from from 200V to 1200V with various VF/tRR trade-offs to achieve the best performance for any application. In PFC and solar inverters, STMicroelectronics now offers the BC²™ solution in addition to Tandem and Turbo2 devices. BC² guarantees the same efficiency as SiC diodes in a conventional PFC, for a much cheaper application cost. All STMicroelectronics ultrafast rectifiers are rated up to 175°C operating junction temperature, as a result of reduced leakage currents.
