PS9402 Optocoupler
CEL PS9402 Optocoupler is an optically coupled isolator designed for driving IGBTs and Power MOSFETs. This optocoupler contains a GaAlAs LED on the input side and a photodiode, signal processing circuit, and power output transistor on the output side. The PS9402 optocoupler also includes desaturation detection and active miller clamping functions and is offered in a 16-pin plastic SSOP for high-density surface mounting. This optocoupler is ideal for use in IGBT, power MOSFET gate driver, industrial inverter, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
