Low On-Resistance Load Switch: TPS22932B
The OMO Electronic TPS22932B ultra low on-resistance load switch with controlled turn on contains a low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input range of 1.1V to 3.6V. The TI TPS22932B load switch is controlled by eight patterns of 3-bit input. The TPS22932B provides configurable enable logic and controlled slew-rate. The user can choose the logic functions MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, inverter, and non-inverter. The TI TPS22932B load switch is designed for use in various applications, including PDAs, cell phones, GPS devices, MP3 players, digital cameras, peripheral ports, and portable instrumentation.
TPS229xx Load Switches
OMO Electronic TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low RON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The small size and low RON of the TPS229xx Load Switches make them ideal for use in space constrained, battery-powered applications. The wide input voltage range of the switches makes them a versatile solution for many different voltage rails. The controlled rise time of these devices greatly reduces inrush current caused by large bulk load capacitances, thereby reducing or eliminating power supply droop. Certain TPS229xx Load Switches further reduce the total solution size by integrating a pull-down resistor for quick output discharge (QOD) when the switch is turned off.
