QPC6014 High Isolation SPST Switches
Qorvo QPC6014 High Isolation SPST Switches are Silicon On Insulator (SOI) Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) absorptive switches. These switches are designed for use in a cell, 3G, LTE and other high-performance communication systems. The QPC6014 switches offer high isolation with excellent linearity and power handling ability. The blocking capacitors are not required on the RF ports and the RF2 port is ended into 50Ω in the off state. The QPC6014 switches are 1.8V positive logic consistent and operate in a frequency range of 5MHz to 6000MHz.
