Standard Thyristors
STMicroelectronics Standard Thyristors are invaluable when a simple gate drive or mains voltage is the given environment of the system. The devices cover crowbar protection, motor control, mains network switching and a variety of energy pulse delivery systems. ST's SCR devices allow a peak voltage up to 1200V, a maximum current up to 50A, with gate trigger current from 5 to 80mA. They are available in DPAK, IPAK, TO220AB, TO220 FP, D2PAK, TO220AB Ins., RD91, TOP-3, and TO247 packages.
