ON Semiconductor NCP5974x Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage Regulators are dual-rail, low dropout linear regulators capable of providing an output current in excess of 1.5/3.0A with a dropout voltage of 60/115/120mV typ. at full load current. The devices are stable with ceramic and other types of output capacitors. Internal protection features include  built−in thermal shutdown and output current limiting protection. QFN and DFN versions include user programmable soft−start and power good pins.
