AD5755 16-Bit Quad Channel DACs
Analog Devices AD5755 series features 16-bit, quad-channel voltage and current output digital-to-analog converters (DAC) operating with a power supply range of -26.4V to +33V. The on-chip dynamic power control minimizes package power dissipation in current mode. The dynamic power control regulates the voltage on the output driver from 7.4V to 29.5V using a DC-to-DC boost converter optimized for minimum on-chip power dissipation. The AD5755-1 version includes a CHART pin on each channel so that HART signals can be coupled onto the current output. The AD5755 DACs use a versatile 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, DSP, and microcontroller interface standards. The 3-wire serial interface operates at clock rates of up to 30MHz and includes optional CRC-8 packet error checking, as well as a watchdog timer that monitors activity on the interface. Learn More
