ML62Q1000 MCUs are ideal for consumer and home appliances, alarms, security devices, and small industrial equipment. The ML62Q1000 MCUs are offered in a broad range of package types and ROM capacities, supporting a wide range of applications. These Microcontrollers also include safety features that correspond to 13 industry-leading items (IEC60730 regulations) related to home appliances, including a self-diagnostic function for detecting internal faults. This ensures stable operation even under harsh conditions such as extreme noise and high temperatures.

ROHM ML620 CMOS 16-Bit RISC MCUs are high-performance microcontrollers with LAPIS Semiconductor's original 16-bit reduced instruction set computing ( RISC) U16 Core.
