VS-10ETS12S Glass Passivated Rectifier
Vishay VS-10ETS12S Glass Passivated Rectifier is a surface-mount diode with 10A average current. The VS-10ETS12S rectifier is designed according to JEDEC® standard-JESD 47. The VS-10ETS12S use glass passivated technology offering reliable operation up to 150ºC junction temperature. This rectifier is optimized for very low forward voltage drop with moderate leakage. The VS-10ETS12S rectifier is ideal for input rectification, Vishay switches, and output rectifiers which are available in identical package outlines.
