NB3x6x1xxG Programmable OmniClock Generators
ON Semiconductor NB3x6x1xxG One-Time Programmable OmniClock Generators are low power PLL-based clock generators that support 8kHz-200MHz output frequencies. The NB3x6x1xxG have to be programmed with the associated development boards NB3X6X1XXG8DFNEVK or NB3X6X1XXG16QFNEVK before they are usable. ICs NB3H63143G00MNR2 and NB3V63143G00MNR2 have an operating power supply of 1.8V ± 0.1V.  ICs NB3V6011300MTR2 and NB3H6011300MTR2 have an operating power supply of 3.3V ± 10% or 2.5V ± 10%. The devices accept a fundamental mode parallel resonant crystal or a single-ended (LVCMOS) reference clock as inputs. ON Semi ICs generate either three-single ended (LVCMOS) outputs, or one single-ended output and one differential (LVDS/HCSL) output. The output signals can be modulated using the spread spectrum feature of the PLL (programmable spread spectrum type, deviation and rate) for applications demanding low electromagnetic interference (EMI).Learn More
