MAX16133 Supervisory Circuit
Maxim Integrated MAX16133 Supervisory Circuit is a low-voltage, high precision, single, dual, triple, and quad-voltage µP supervisors. This supervisory circuit monitors up to 4 system-supply voltages for under voltage and over voltage faults. The MAX16133 supervisory circuit features quad-input monitor, 15µA supply current, open-drain outputs, and fixed-threshold devices. This supervisory circuit operates at a temperature range of -40ºC to 125ºC. Typical applications include Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), multi-voltage ASICs, storage equipment, and servers.
