Diodes Incorporated D28V0H1U2P5Q 1800W 40A Automotive Compliant Transient Voltage Suppressors are unidirectional and are designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transients generated by inductive switching. The D28V0H1U2P5Q offers a >20% higher PPPM and IPPM than comparable SMC-packaged parts, and a 40% smaller footprint. Features include a reverse stand-off voltage of 28V and low reverse leakage. The device has guaranteed compliance with the automotive load dump standard ISO7637-2 (pulses 1, 2a, 2b, 3).
