This series is designed for scalable performance, integration, connectivity, communications, Human Machine Interface (HMI), and security, offering additional features for exceptional integration in a variety of package options.
Kinetis K6x 32-bit Microcontrollers
NXP Semiconductors Kinetis K6x 32-bit Microcontrollers, based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, are pin, peripheral, and software compatible with the Kinetis Kx MCU family. The K6x MCUs also integrate 10/100Mbps Ethernet with IEEE® 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP) Transceiver and USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG), including options for crystal-less device functionality. Devices range from 256KB to2 MB of flash, with 256KB of SRAM. Package options include BGA, LQFP, and WLCSP, which span from 100 to 256 pins. The Kinetis K6x MCU family is a scalable portfolio withvarious levels of integration, offering a rich suite of analog, communication, timing, and control peripherals to accommodate a wide range of requirements.
