Delivery to samara is 1,5 months. Transistor is peregrated and redrawn. Measured parameters. Resistance stock-source (rds) about 9 ohms!!! The original irf740 rds should not be more than 0,55 ohms. That is, 18 times!!! Less than the sent transistor!!! Shutter capacity (ciss) 477pf. The original irf740 ciss should have about 1400 pf. That is, 3,5 times more than the sent transistor. Transistor are not irf740!!! This is a rough fake!!! Opened and won the dispute. Seller and product do not recommend!
