Analog Devices HMC641ALP4E GaAs SP4T Non-reflective Switch covers the broadband range DC to 20GHz. HMC641ALP4E provides high isolation at 45dB @ 10GHz, low insertion loss of 2.3dB @ 10GHz, and on-chip termination of isolated ports. An on-board binary decoder circuit reduces the required number of logic control lines from four to two. Operating with 0/-5V logic, HMC641ALP4E delivers a fast switching speed and consumes less DC current than pin-diode based solutions.
