Fully working but not new. Refurbished, fresh paint sticked to stretch foil. Bad packaging, every 2 pcs had bent pin, also glued together because of the paint. Dear seller magician please wait 5 minutes next time for paint to dry. I still give it 4 stars only because every piece works just fine.
