The low profile eSMP diodes are ideal for automated placement and are encased in 3mm x 2mm x 1mm space-saving footprint. The eSMP Zener diodes operate within -65ºC to 150ºC temperature range and offer low Zener impedance, low thermal resistance, and low regulation factor.
