IR7184S Half Bridge Gate Driver
Infineon Technologies IR7184S Half Bridge Gate Driver drives MOSFET/Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) power devices. This gate driver supplies up to 20V per channel with matched propagation delays for every channel. The IR7184S gate driver is designed for low-cost bootstrap power supplies and operates at a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. This driver features under-voltage lockout for VCC and VBS and can operate up to 700V. The IR7184S half bridge gate driver is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V input logic and it is tolerant to negative transient voltage. Applications include appliance motor drives, servo drives, micro inverter drives, general purpose three phase inverters, fan, and pump. The IR7184S gate driver is free from lead and is available in 8-lead SOIC package.
