IS62C256AL 8-bit CMOS Static RAM
ISSI IS62C256AL is a low power, 32,768 word by 8-bit CMOS static RAM fabricated using ISSI's high-performance, low power CMOS technology. When CE is HIGH (deselected), this ISSI static RAM device assumes a standby mode at which the power dissipation can be reduced down to 150μW (typical) at CMOS input levels. This ISSI static RAM also features 15mW (typical) operation. IS62C256AL provides fully static operation with no clock or refresh required.Learn More
