Panasonic PT microSDHC Memory Cards adopt built-in pSLC technology for higher endurance/data retention and power fail robustness than MLC NAND by using 1 bit per cell in pSLC mode. PT Memory Cards feature an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, industrial temperature range. This Pansonic series is formatted to comply with SD card specification. PT offers 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB memory versions.

Panasonic SD (Secure Digital) Cards and eMMC (Embedded Multimedia Memory Cards) Storage Media are designed to meet the demanding requirements of consumer, commercial, industrial, and automotive applications. Panasonic SD Cards utilize the latest in Single Level Cell (SLC) and Multi Level Cell (MLC) NAND Flash technology. Designed for high endurance, reliability, and interchangeability, SD cards have a wide range of applications that include GPS systems, dash and body cameras, portable medical monitors (ECG, CPAP), smart utility meters, and smart thermostats.
