NXP Semiconductor MCF51MM MCUs feature a V1 ColdFire 50 MHz Core with MAC. MCF51MM MCUs provide graphic display support and a rich peripheral set that includes a USB 2.0 controller with host, device, and On-The-Go support, multiple serial interfaces and an external bus interface. MC9S08MM MCUs have a 9S08 48 MHz Core and a rich peripheral set that includes a USB 2.0 device controller and multiple serial interfaces (SPI, SCI, and I²C). Flexis MM MCUs are ideal for medical applications and other applications requiring a high level of precision analog such as instrumentation and industrial control.
