LT8612 Synchronous Step-Down Regulators
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LT8612 Synchronous Step-Down Regulators are compact, high-efficiency, high-speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulators. The LT8612 consume only 3μA of quiescent current and include top and bottom power switches with all necessary circuitry. This minimizes the need for external components. A low ripple Burst Mode operation enables high efficiency down to very low output currents while keeping the output ripple below 10mVP-P.
