Automotive LDO Regulators & Voltage Trackers
ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges and maximum output current, that varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watch-dog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive devices, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.
Low Quiescent Current Solutions
ROHM Low Quiescent Current Solutions increase the demand for smaller components that can provide greater design-flexibility along with the necessary space for integrating new features. These regulators achieve lower power consumption to prolong battery life. The low-quiescent-current regulators offer maximum rated voltage of 50V, an output current ranging from 200mA to 500mA, and a Quiescent current as low as 6μA. These low current consuming products are ideal for compact battery-driven devices in applications like smartphones, IoT, wearables, and portable equipment.

Ultralow Quiescent Current LDO Regulators
ROHM Ultralow Quiescent Current LDO Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V or 50V absolute maximum voltage, and output voltage accuracy of ±2%. They have a 200mA or 500mA output current and 6μA, 38µA or 40μA (Typ.) current consumption. These regulators are therefore ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and a low current consumption. Ceramic capacitors can be used for compensation of the output capacitor phase.
