TPS3818G25 Microprocessor Supervisory Circuits
OMO Electronic' TPS3818G25 microprocessor supervisory circuits feature ±15% programmable-delay accuracy and a low typical quiescent current of 2.4µA, providing a low power drain ideal for portable battery-powered applications. The device offers a power-on reset generator with an adjustable delay time of 1.25ms to 10s, as well as a high threshold accuracy of 0.5% for tight control of reset time. The fixed threshold voltage of 0.9V to 5V supports low voltage processors. The TPS3818G25 is available in an SON package, and other EEPROM spins are available.
