The BlueNRG-2 extends the features of award-winning BlueNRG network processor, enabling the usage of the embedded Cortex M0 for running the user application code.

BlueNRG Bluetooth® Smart Solutions: STMicroelectronics BlueNRG Bluetooth® Smart Solutions are based on ST’s proprietary BlueCore technology and include both network and application processors in QFN-32 or WLCSP-34 miniaturized packages. ST’s BlueCore technology, powered by an embedded ST Bluetooth low-energy master and slave certified stack, features ultra-low power consumption and an excellent RF link budget for robust and reliable connectivity. The optimized radio front-end and the efficient power management architecture extend battery life from months to years.
