MAX32600 ARM Cortex-M3 Microcontroller
Maxim Integrated MAX32600 ARM® Cortex®-M3 Microcontroller is a 32-bit RISC CPU which operates at a frequency of up to 24Mhz. Included are 256KB of flash memory, 32KB of SRAM, and a 2KB instruction cache. An integrated AFE means fewer discrete devices are required and makes MAX32600 ideal for precision wellness measurement applications.  The industry standard ARM core and flexible peripherals allow for rapid prototyping.
