SLVU2.8-8 Series TVS Diode Array
Littelfuse SLVU2.8-8 Series TVS Diode Array features a compensating diode in series with each low voltage TVS to present a low loading capacitance to the line being protected. These structures safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge) per IEC61000-4-2 standard and can safely dissipate up to 30A (IEC61000-4-5, tp=8/20µs) with very low clamping voltages. The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

SLVU2.8-4 Series 2.8V 40A TVS Arrays
Littelfuse SLVU2.8-4 Series 2.8V 40A TVS Arrays protect low voltage CMOS devices from ESD and lightning-induced transients. The SLVU2.8-4 Series features a compensating diode designed to protect the line and provide a 2pF typical low capacitance. These robust structures can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge) per IEC61000-4-2 standard and each structure can safely dissipate up to 40A (IEC61000-4-5, tP=8/20s) with very low clamping voltages. Littelfuse SLVU2.8-4 Series TVS Arrays are well suited for 10/100/1000 Ethernet, routers, switchers, repeaters, NICs, and base station controllers.
