I ordered 4 condors in the hope that at least 2 will be normal, and it turned out. Of the four, one is damaged with dents, and the second with a high esr at a rate of 0,15 is 0.47. But in the process of communicating with the seller, he offered to send me two capacitors for $0.01. I agreed and after 12 days received new two condors with esr indicators and capacity better than those i received earlier.
