NCP135 LDO Regulators
ON Semiconductor NCP135 Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are 500mA VLDO equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). These LDO regulators provide very stable, an accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. The NCP135 LDO regulators feature low IQ consumption to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, STB, and camcorders.
