Crydom M50 Diode Power Modules have single- and three-phase diode high-surge current rectifier circuits providing highly efficient thermal management, extended life, and reliable performance. The devices feature up to 1600 volt blocking standard and 60-100 amps. Available in five circuits, all models come in an industry standard package, provide 2500 VRMS from all terminals to the baseplate, and are UL recognized.
