The ADA4853-1/ADA4853-2/ADA4853-3 are low power, low cost, high speed, rail-to-rail output op amps with ultralow power disables that are ideal for portable consumer electronics. Despite their low price, the ADA4853-1/ADA4853-2/ADA4853-3 provide excellent overall performance and versatility. The 100 MHz, -3 dB bandwidth, and 120 V/µs slew rate make these amplifiers well-suited for many general-purpose, high speed applications. The ADA4853-1/ADA4853-2/ADA4853-3 voltage feedback op amps are designed to operate at supply voltages as low as 2.65 V and up to 5 V using only 1.4 mA of supply current per amplifier. To further reduce power consumption, the amplifiers are equipped with a power-down mode that lowers the supply current to less than 1.5 µA maximum, making them ideal in battery-powered applications. The ADA4853-1/ADA4853-2/ADA4853-3 provide users with a true single-supply capability, allowing input signals to extend 200 mV below the negative rail and to within 1.2 V of the positive rail. On the output, the amplifiers can swing within 200 mV of either supply rail. With their combination of low price, excellent differential gain (0.2%), differential phase (0.10°), and 0.5 dB flatness out to 22 MHz, these amplifiers are ideal for video applications. The ADA4853-1 is available in a 6-lead SC70, the ADA4853-2 is available in a 16-lead LFCSP_VQ, and the ADA4853-3 is available in both a 16-lead LFCSP_VQ and a 14-lead TSSOP. The ADA4853-1 temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, while the ADA4853-2/ADA4853-3 temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. The AD8038 (single) and AD8039 (dual) amplifiers are high speed (350 MHz) voltage feedback amplifiers with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 1.0 mA/amplifier typical (1.5 mA maximum). The AD8038 single amplifier in the 8-lead SOIC package has a disable feature. Despite being low power and low cost, the amplifier provides excellent overall performance. Additionally, it offers a high slew rate of 425 V/µs and a low input offset voltage of 3 mV maximum. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary XFCB process allows low noise operation (8 nV/vHz and 600 fA/vHz) at extremely low quiescent currents. Given a wide supply voltage range (3 V to 12 V), wide bandwidth, and small packaging, the AD8038 and AD8039 amplifiers are designed to work in a variety of applications where power and space are at a premium. The AD8038 and AD8039 amplifiers have a wide input common-mode range of 1 V from either rail and swing to within 1 V of each rail on the output. These amplifiers are optimized for driving capacitive loads up to 15 pF. If driving larger capacitive loads, a small series resistor is needed to avoid excessive peaking or overshoot. The AD8039 amplifier is available in a 8-lead SOT-23 package, and the single AD8038 is available in both an 8-lead SOIC and a 5-lead SC70 package. The AD8519 and AD8529 are rail-to-rail output bipolar amplifiers with a unity gain bandwidth of 8 MHz and a typical voltage offset of less than 1 mV. The AD8519 brings precision and bandwidth to the SC70 and SOT-23 packages. The low supply current makes the AD8519/AD8529 ideal for battery-powered applications. The rail-to-rail output swing of the AD8519/AD8529 is larger than standard video op amps, making them useful in applications that require greater dynamic range than standard video op amps. The 2.9 V/µs slew rate makes the AD8519/AD8529 a good match for driving ASIC inputs such as voice codecs. The small SC70 package makes it possible to place the AD8519 next to sensors, reducing external noise pickup. The AD8519/AD8529 is specified over the extended industrial (-40°C to +125°C) temperature range. AD8029/AD8030/AD8040 Rail-to-Rail I/O Amplifiers
Analog Devices AD8029/AD8030/AD8040 High-Speed Rail-to-Rail Input/Output Amplifiers were developed using Analog Devices' proprietary XFCB process. The XFCB process enables the AD8029/AD8030/AD8040 Amplifiers to deliver excellent, high-speed performance using a low power supply. The AD8029/AD8030/AD8040 Amplifiers include single/dual/quad rail-to-rail input and output amplifiers with a quiescent current of only 1.3mA per amplifier. Despite their low power consumption, the AD8029/AD8030/AD8040 AD8029/AD8030/AD8040 offer high performance with a 125MHz small signal bandwidth and 60V/μs slew rate. In addition, the AD8029/AD8030/AD8040 Amplifiers exhibit true single-supply operation with rail-to-rail input and output performance for 2.7V to 12V supply voltages. The input voltage range extends 200mV beyond each rail without phase reversal. The output dynamic range extends to within 40mV of each rail. Excellent signal quality is achieved with minimal power dissipation. At G = +1, SFDR is –72dBc at 1MHz and settling time to 0.1% is only 80ns.
