TDA7802 Digital Input Quad Power Amplifier: STMicroelectronics TDA7802 Digital Input Quad Power Amplifier features advanced BCD technology and integrates a full digital-to-analog converter (DAC), digital input for direct connection to I2S (or TDM), and powerful MOSFET output stages. TDA7802 offers enhanced sound quality and increased efficiency with a reduction of dissipated output power by up to 50% compared to conventional class AB solutions. TDA7802 can play music down to 6V supply voltage, making it compatible with the "start stop" battery profile recently adopted by some car makers. The integrated DAC allows the performance to reach a 115dB S/N ratio with more than 110dB of dynamic range. TDA7802 also integrates an innovative high efficiency concept, optimized also for uncorrelated music signals making it ideal for simplifying thermal management in high power sets.Learn More
