The FESx series offers ultrafast recovery time, low forward voltage drop and low thermal resistance in a compact, 1.2mm x 6.5mm x 4.44mm TO-277 package. This low-profile surface mount package maximizes space savings. FESx Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers are Industrial Device Qualified per AEC-Q101 Standards, lead-free, and RoHS-compliant.
