HMC7149 Amplifiers
Analog Devices HMC7149 Amplifiers are 10W Gallium Nitride (GaN) MMIC power amplifiers designed to operate between 6 and 18GHz. Typically, the HMC7149 Amplifiers provide a small signal gain of 20dB, +40dBm saturated output power, and +39.5dBm output IP3 at +28dBm output power per tone. The HMC7149 Amplifiers draws 680mA current from a +28VDC supply. HMC7149’s RF I/Os are matched to 50Ω to offer ease-of-integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs). Electrical performance data is captured with the die. The die is eutectically attached to 1.02mm (40mil) thick CuMo carrier with multiple 1.0mil diameter ball bonds connecting the die to 50Ω transmission lines on alumina.Learn More
